  1. GNMIDFMT v1.0 Shareware for Windows 95/ME/2000

  3. MIDI File format converter between type 0, 1 and 2.
  4. Converts single files or more files at once.
  5. Shows format of files in a directory.
  6. Can generate a listing of files in a directory with format information

  9. GNMIDFMT v1.0 for Windows 95/ME/2000 is not free, it is a cheap Shareware.
  10. You can test the program for 5 days and then must decide 
  11. between registering or deleting the program. Using it for longer 
  12. without purchased registration is illegal.
  13. Price for registration is 12 US$ or 10 Euro and a correctly filled 
  14. registration form. 
  15. This price is valid till 30.12.2002
  16. Registration includes a floppy disk with program and license and
  17. free future updates 1.01-1.99 that can be downloaded from Internet.

  19. The program is free for those who purchased GNMIDI 2.* registration 
  20. (install your personal GNMIDI license file in GNMIDFMT installation)!

  22. The gnmidfmt.zip can be distributed by any media 
  23. (www, email, ftp, cdrom, bundle, ...), but the content of the 
  24. zip archive must not be changed. It is not allowed to sell the 
  25. demo version gnmidfmt.zip .

  27. If you use a license that you didn't purchase from GN MIDI Solutions 
  28. (or via RegSoft.com) then it is stolen and you (as thief) are 
  29. responsible for any aggressive actions of the program.

  65. Fill the form correctly (on your computer before printing it). 
  66. Specify your full real name (no pseudonyms) and correct international address. 
  67. We don't try sending twice if address is invalid.

  69. Specify your email address (if you have one) that we can contact you 
  70. if there are problems with your registration or for sending a time 
  71. limited license by email if long delivery of floppy is expected (oversea).
  72. If the form is not correctly filled we won't send a license file. 
  73. Regsoft orders don't need sending this form.

  75. Your personal data is only used to create your personal license file, 
  76. and to send the floppy disk with license which disables the registration 
  77. reminder and wait dialogs and limitations.
  78. Your email address is only used to send a time limited license for oversea 
  79. orders and to contact you in case of problems with order.
  80. None of your data is given to others (only exception: if you illegally 
  81. give your license to others then we surely give your data to police).

  83. Price could change after 30.12.2002, download newest version after this 
  84. date to find new price information. It is not possible to get a license 
  85. for old price and certain old program version.

  101. At 1.1.2001 pay at delivery costs increased, therefore pay at delivery (C.O.D.) costs

  103. Since 13.5.2002 payment at delivery is not supported anymore because of 
  104. unbearable postal costs and weaknesses of European post offices.
